Payment Policy

We accept credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or purchase orders. If paying by purchase order, please inform your fiscal or business that final payment is due no later than September 16, 2024. Click here for purchase order instructions.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations. Registrant substitutions will be accepted until September 16, 2024. Requests may be sent to ht@eventswebpage.com. Student must show ID for student rate at conference registration desk upon arrival.

Environmental Considerations

We strive to be environmentally responsible and would like to reduce food and beverage waste. When you register, please answer the food and beverage questions as accurately as possible. Please bring your refillable water bottle as the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center has filtered water refill stations throughout the property.

Book your group rate of $229 plus tax and fees at Residence Inn Sacramento Downtown at Capitol Park by September 6.
